WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
There are sessions at 6am, 830am, 12pm, 5.45pm, and 7pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings at 8am and 9am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS THE 30 DAY TRIAL?
