Our ID program combines personal training with nutrition tracking and private gym access to give you flexibility AND results

MEASURE YOUR STARTING POINT

Start with a full body scan from our partners at Body-Spec (they scan on-site 1x a month).

Then talk about what you LIKE doing with an elite Lift Off trainer. If you don’t like your workouts, you won’t do them. Your preferences are critical to your success!

Our coaches will build a custom program and give you specific benchmarks to meet.

Do your primary workouts 1:1 with a coach, and your homework in our class setting. Track your progress via routine DeXA scans, strength metrics, and pictures.

Update your workouts constantly. NEVER GET BORED!
