Excellent nutrition programs are rooted in 2 things.

Accountability – Identifying what we are consuming and holding ourselves accountable to whatever standard we set.
Planning – Knowing what, when, and how much to eat.

All of our nutrition offerings begin with teaching accountability FIRST – so that you know what you’re already consuming – and planning SECOND – so that you can make educated adjustments to your consumption.

We have 3 primary nutrition offerings.

1. The 5 Week Jumpstart – the 5 week jump start is a combination of in person and remote nutrition coaching that teaches how to food log, how to meal plan, and offers community troubleshooting for meals and recipe options.

2. Individual Nutrition Design – Nutrition “ID” programs are custom made by our on staff nutritionist. The program will include in-person check ins of varying frequency to review food logs and plan for meals and events.

3. Grocery Store Tour and Meal Prep Demonstration – one of the most advanced nutrition skills – the dreaded “Meal Prep”. This is our capstone offering for those of you ready to really grab your nutrition habits by the horn.
